Cancellation Fees:
Participants who cancel before the dates listed will be charged:

• before 1 March: £20 plus 10% of total fees/accommodation value
• before 1 June: £20 plus 25% of total fees/accommodation value
• before 15 July: £20.00 plus 50% of total fees/accommodation value
• before 15 August: £20.00 plus 75% of total fees/accommodation value. Where this formula results in an amount of more than 100% of the total, participants will not be entitled to any refund.
• Participants who cancel after 15 August will not be entitled to any refund.

Campus Accommodation:
Please note that the ECPR Central Services can only arrange on-campus accommodation (the prices include cafeteria-style breakfast, with a choice of full English or continental breakfast). The number of en-suite rooms available is extremely limited. If you want to be assured of accommodation with en-suite facilities, please book as early as possible.
